DAWN DESIGNS IVS uses QuickPay as a payment gateway, and receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Amercian Express and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.

All prices are in DKK and includes VAT.

DAWN DESIGNS IVS uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read, and this is safely forwarded.


Changes in prices may occur, depending on your order time. If DAWN DESIGNS IVS accepts your order, the buyer will be invoiced the price applicable on the order date. All prices are shown including VAT. Furthermore, we make reservations for possible typing errors in the stated prices. We also make reservations for sold-out items as well as any delayed or lost deliveries.


All prices on the webshop includes 25% VAT. Customers outside the EU or Norway can complete their orders VAT-free (25% is deducted from the stated price). VAT is deducted at checkout. Customers outside the EU or Norway may be charged an import duty, which will be charged as soon as the product is shipped to the country’s destination. These fees or charges are excluded from the responsibility of DAWN DESIGNS IVS as we have no control over surcharges related to customs clearance. If you live outside the EU, you may want to check with your local post office or customs office for more information on any import duties or taxes that may affect your online purchases.


A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The warranty does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product/service. Please check the item for errors or defects as soon as possible within the goods receipt and complaints must then be made within a reasonable time.

DAWN DESIGNS IVS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. In case the purchased items are sold out, we will refund the price of the item.
